I have had osteoarthritis for years. The pain became worse and worse. I only had the choice, I take more and more medication or I change something. So I started to deal with my diet. I informed myself on the Internet, watched almost every programme about nutrition on television, read books and magazines. Nutrition became my passion. But at some point the answers I found were no longer enough for me, I wanted to know more about the human body and the connection between nutrition and health. I started my training as an expert consultant for holistic health and holistic nutrition and health consultant.
What is my blog about?
With my blog I want to help you to check your diet. Maybe you’ve wanted to change something for a long time, but you can’t. Nothing has to happen overnight when you change your diet. That usually doesn’t work. Only a few people manage to radically change their diet from one day to the next. Which is very important, it is also not about renunciation. You should eat foods that you like. You should not go hungry in the same way. A healthy diet makes you fit, slim and protects you from diseases. However, it can also reduce or even eliminate illness and pain. It should be worth a try.
What you eat affects your health. Even our grandmothers knew that food holds body and soul together. The quote “You are what you eat” is based on the well-known statement: “Man is what he eats” by the philosopher Ludwig Feuerbach (1804-1872), who is a pedant to Asian wisdom: “Nutrition is the basis of health.
