All registrations (regular delegates, students/post-docs, accompanying persons, accompanying children and media representatives) for IAS 2007 should be submitted through the online registration form.


Regular delegate registration

Regular delegates have access to all conference sessions, the exhibition area, the poster area, the opening session and the closing session.

Student/post-doc registration

To qualify for the students/post-docs registration fee, you need to present proof of full-time enrolment at an accredited university or college, or a letter from the head of the laboratory.

Delegates registered in the student/post-doc category have access to all conference sessions, the exhibition area, the poster area, the opening session and the closing session.

Accompanying persons registration

A special registration package is available for persons accompanying regular delegates. This package is available for US$ 250 and includes entry to the conference venue, the opening session, the closing session and a sightseeing tour. Entry to the exhibition area, the poster area and the conference session rooms is not included.

Accompanying children registration 

Accompanying persons that are not yet 18 years old must be registered as accompanying children and are required to submit the Parent/Guardian consent form in order to attend the conference. The fee for accompanying children is US$ 50.

Accompanying children have access (together with the delegate they are accompanying) to all conference sessions, the exhibition area, the poster area, the opening session, the closing session and a sightseeing tour. The accompanying child must be with the main delegate at all times when they are in the conference venue.

Media representative registration

Media representative should register online. There is no registration fee for accredited media representatives.

Delegates registered in the media category are entitled to admission to all conference sessions, the exhibition area,  the poster area, the opening session, the closing session and the media centre.

To register as a media representative, proof of accreditation is required in the form of a photocopy of official press credentials and a letter from the editor. The letter must verify your assignment to the conference on the stationary of the media organization for which you work. All credentials will be verified by conference staff, and additional credentials may be requested.
